Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our product, for some reason, please contact us at support@colorbayart.com.

Posters and other bespoke products are printed on demand, unique and produced only once ordered, we are not accepting returns and exchanges. Thank you for understanding.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 48 hours after delivery. Please provide us a clear photo showing the issue and share a detailed description of the problem.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We cannot offer refunds on original artwork. We will be happy to provide you with additional photos/video of original art you like before you make your purchase decision.
